Emergency Preparation Kits Final Due Date

At CityHope Schools we have put together a Disaster Readiness plan.  Health and Welfare has asked us to put this plan in place in the event of an unexpected or emergency situation.  A part of that plan is asking each student to have a change of clothes and also emergency food and water.

During the month of September, we are asking that parents send to school with their children the following items:

-      One change of clothing

-      Two pairs of underwear and socks

-      One family sized box or bag of individually wrapped, healthy snacks

-      One small drawstring-type backpack

These items will be stored at our campus where we will be able to access them in case they are needed.

We also are asking you to help us make sure our contact information for you is current so we have the ability to send out whole-school emails and text messages.  Please print this letter and then fill out the current information we are requested which is:
