As [Jesus] was going into a village, ten men who had leprosy met him. They stood at a distance and called out in a loud voice, “Jesus, Master, have pity on us!” When he saw them, he said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they went, they were cleansed. One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice. He threw himself at Jesus’ feet and thanked him—and he was a Samaritan. Jesus asked, “Were not all ten cleansed? Where are the other nine? Has no one returned to give praise to God except this foreigner?” Then he said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well.” Luke 17:12-19 I've got no profound statements or deep revelations, I just felt in my spirit that today needs to be a day of thankfulness. We need to take time to drop to our knees in thankfulness for who Jesus is and what He has done in us and for us. It's so easy to devote so much of our thoughts and attention towards where we want to be and what we want Him to do that we forget how far He has brought us and what He has already done. HE IS SO WORTHY OF THANKS, PRAISE and ADORATION. Take this opportunity to silence the noise and be like [Mary and the healed lepor] and just sit at His feet and thank Him for all He has done! God is good and He's worthy of our praise. Thank you Jesus!
